Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Punchbook iOS application and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Punchbook (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Description of Service

Punchbook is a renovation management application designed for homeowners in the United States. The Service allows you to track budgets, log issues, record decisions, manage payment milestones, store documents, and maintain a permanent home dossier. The Service includes cloud sync across your devices, OCR-powered document search, and iOS push notifications.

User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete account information.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your account credentials with any other person.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscription & Billing

Punchbook offers the following subscription plans:

• Free — 1 project, 20 issues, 20 documents. No payment required.
• Project Pro — $4.99 per month. Unlimited projects, issues, documents, payment milestone tracking, home dossier archive, OCR search, and priority support.
• Project Pass — $49.99 per year. All Project Pro features at an annual rate.

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

User Content

You retain full ownership of all data, documents, photos, and other content you upload or create through the Service (“User Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to upload it. We do not monitor or endorse User Content and are not liable for its accuracy or legality.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, logos, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Punchbook and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Punchbook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

The Service is a project management tool and does not constitute professional construction, legal, or financial advice. You should consult qualified professionals for decisions related to your renovation project. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@punchbook.app.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period upon request.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.
